Sophie Deram, PhD from the University of São Paulo (Brazil), is a dietitian nutritionist, agricultural engineer, researcher in neuroscience of eating behavior, influencer, speaker and author of the bestselling books in Brazil "The Weight of Diets" and "The 7 Pillars of Eating Health". She helps people make peace with their food and their bodies. She is an advocate of eating pleasure and mindful eating.
